Fable III Coming to the PC

Despite the fact that Fable II never made it to PC, it seems that Fable III will. A retail copy as well as a digital copy through Windows Games on Demand will be available along side of the 360 version this holiday. According to ShackNews, the limited collector's edition will be 360 only, but at least PC gamers will be able to play Molyneux's latest brainfest.

Kind of makes you wonder how a 360 exclusive could suddenly come to the PC even though it's predecessor did not. Is it M$ trying to push it's Games on Demand service or is the PC seeming to be a viable option even to the console giant once again?
